We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support one of our partners in the Dadeland office. This role is ideal for someone with experience in public accounting who enjoys keeping things organized and moving behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with tax return processing and e-filing
• Manage the partner’s emails, calendar, and daily workflow
• Communicate with clients professionally and efficiently
• Monitor project timelines to ensure steady progress
• Provide general administrative support as needed

• Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in a public accounting firm
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and document systems
