Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled, reliable, and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Personal Assistant. The successful candidate will provide administrative support across various aspects of our business and personal life, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Company Administration:

- Manage social media platforms
- Perform administrative tasks (correspondence, documentation, filing)
- Coordinate events and meetings
- Maintain company records and databases

Investment & Property Management:

- Basic bookkeeping and financial management
- Administrative tasks related to investment and property portfolios

Personal Matters:

- Family administration (e.g., household management)
- Travel booking and arrangements
- Enrollment and registration processes
- Appointment scheduling

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in verbal and written English and Chinese
- Computer literacy (MS Office, Google Suite, email)
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
