Affordable Housing Assistant - Grade B- Starting salary $38875 to $ 45002 based on experience
This position assists the Department in obtaining third-party verification needed to determine continued occupancy as required by HUD State and Housing Authority Policy. Additionally this position requires other supportive services such as digitizing and maintaining tenant file folders.
Minimum three years experience in general office practice. Must have thorough knowledge of modern office practices equipment and possess proficient skills in the use of Microsoft Office products. This position requires the ability to work independently with culturally diverse populations to have logical thinking sequence to pay attention to precise details to be deadline oriented and to have high standards in ethics.Position salary scale $38875 with eligibility of annual performance increases to $66490.
