Job Title: Air Export Agent

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Air Export Agent to coordinate the efficient exportation of goods by air. This role involves managing logistics, preparing documentation, and ensuring seamless communication with customers and internal teams. Key Responsibilities:

• Export Coordination: Plan and oversee the air export process, including scheduling shipments with airlines and ensuring the smooth movement of goods through various transportation channels.
• Documentation Management: Prepare and process required export documentation, such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading, while ensuring compliance with customs regulations.
• Shipment Tracking: Monitor shipments and provide customers with regular updates on status, addressing any issues promptly.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments, including logistics, finance, and operations, to deliver timely and efficient service.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant trade and customs regulations and laws.
• Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as assigned to support team and organizational objectives.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Prior experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of air freight logistics and customs regulations.
• Familiarity with trade laws and international shipping practices.

Technical Proficiency:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with logistics software and systems is a plus.

Language Skills:

• Fluency in English is required.
• Additional language proficiency is an advantage.
