About the Role

The Company is seeking an Associate Director for Real Estate Asset Management. The successful candidate will be a key player in the team, providing primary analytical support to senior management and creating detailed financial models to aid in strategic decision-making. This role involves close collaboration with various departments, including development, accounting, leasing, and acquisitions, to develop recommendations for strategic business plans. The Associate Director will also be involved in portfolio operations, real estate tax appeals, and will assist in all business decisions related to the management and redevelopment of the real estate portfolio, which includes retail, industrial, and self-storage assets. Applicants for the Associate Director position must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the real estate industry and possess strong financial modeling skills in MS Excel and Argus. The role requires excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and manage a heavy workload. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, independent, detail-oriented, and have a strong work ethic with high integrity and ethical standards. They should also be personable, a good listener, and a team player, with a willingness to accept input and direction. Responsibilities include supporting the onboarding of new acquisitions, assisting in the coordination of information for dispositions, and attending various industry and market functions.
