What You’ll Do
* Lead a family-law caseload (divorce, custody, support, protection orders) from intake to resolution.
* Draft and argue motions; conduct discovery; negotiate settlements; try cases when necessary.
* Communicate proactively with clients and opposing counsel; manage deadlines and strategy.
* Use *Clio* and standardized playbooks to drive quality, speed, and consistent client experience.
* Collaborate with a dedicated *paralegal* and lean operations team (intake + collections handled).

What We’re Looking For
* *J.D.* and *active Wyoming bar license* in good standing.
* ~*2–5 years* of post-bar experience; *family-law experience preferred* (will consider strong litigation backgrounds).
* Courtroom confidence, clear writing, client empathy, and a bias for action.
* Comfortable with tech (Clio or similar) and structured workflows.
*Nice-to-haves:* prior family-law trial experience; Spanish proficiency; mediation/collaboration training.
