Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Installer/Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting various technical systems and equipment at client sites. Your expertise will ensure that installations are completed efficiently, accurately, and safely, providing exceptional service to our customers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop technical skills while contributing to the seamless operation of vital systems in diverse environments.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and test low voltage structural cabling
• Programming, installing and troubleshooting Control4 Audio/Video systems
• Setup and troubleshooting video surveillance systems
• Wifi network installation and programming
• Documenting client configuration
• Training clients on system operation and maintenance

Skills

• Low voltage structural cabling installation and termination experience required
• Strong understanding of network and wifi systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills to identify issues quickly and implement effective solutions
• Good physical stamina for lifting equipment, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces
• Clear communication skills for effective communication with clients
• Prior experience in installation or technical troubleshooting is preferred
