As a Teller at KeyBank, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support for their everyday banking needs. You'll handle transactions, resolve service issues, and connect clients with bankers for deeper financial wellness conversations. Your role is essential in helping clients move forward on their financial journey.
Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding client service with every interaction.
Accurately perform teller functions and cash handling within compliance guidelines.
Proactively identify and resolve client servicing issues.
Transition clients to bankers when financial wellness needs are identified.
Stay current on products, services, fees, and policies.
Participate in daily team huddles and debriefs.
Ensure security, compliance, and audit procedures are followed.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
Experience in a client service role
Experience with cash handling
Basic computer proficiency with Windows-based applications
