Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and memorable experiences. This role requires experience in the food and beverage industry, particularly in fine dining or event settings.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in a timely manner.
• Maintain knowledge of drink recipes, including brewing techniques and cocktail preparation.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service.
• Uphold cleanliness standards in the bar area, including proper food handling practices.
• Assist with banquet services and catering events as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during service periods.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, nightclub, or catering environment is preferred.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the business needs.

Job Type: Full Time, Part-time, and As-Needed

Compensation: $5.00 to $8.00 + Tips
