Job Description

The Beer Hall Server will be responsible for a wide array of job duties in our Beer Hall. The Beer Hall Server is a very outgoing and enthusiastic person that enjoys engaging the public. With a focus on customer service, good people skills and troubleshooting, the Beer Hall Server will be guest-oriented and will help to create a fun, knowledgeable, and friendly environment. This is a part time position.


We host private events seven days a week, generally in the afternoons and evening.


We are looking to grow our talented team with experienced individuals who have a passion for independent and craft beer!


The Beer Hall Server will see a variety of job duties that include but are not limited to:

• Setting up, serving, and breaking down for public and private events in our Beer Hall and Investor's Pub
• Safely and knowledgeably serving Saint Arnold beers to our guests
• Ensuring that private parties are operating in compliance with brewery rental agreement
• Providing outstanding customer service to guests
• Working well in a team environment
• Returning the Beer Hall back to it's proper state before next shift/event
• Properly cleaning before, during, and after shift
• Being a promotional spokesperson for the Company. This is a part of everybody's job description

The Saint Arnold Brewing Company is Texas' oldest craft brewery. Saint Arnold's beers have been recognized for their quality in numerous national and international competitions. The company is 24 years old, and its beers are available throughout Texas and Louisiana.

Requirements

• TABC Certified is required
• Must have weekend availability
• Experience with POS computer systems is strongly preferred
• Previous service industry experience is strongly preferred
• Being a craft beer lover!
