Job Description
Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000 Permanent Position with Benefits Responsibilities: Review, evaluate, and if necessary, establish standards for BIM. Organize, create, maintain, develop templates, details, components, and family libraries. Manage BIM 360 and other associated programs and online management tools. Coordinate and manage all consultant BIM files. Take a leadership role in training office personnel on BIM, Revit, and AutoCAD programs. Assist in the maintenance of the software and hardware systems (coordination with our off-site IT consultant) Willingness to travel and conduct on-site field documentation. Ability to put together a complete set of construction documents with the assistance of the project architect. Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
