We are currently searching for an  Event Accountant, Late Night Cash Out and Inventory Administrator  who will be responsible for the establishment’s accounting close process, financial reporting and overseeing day-to-day cash management.

Job Responsibilities Include the Following:

• Assisting management with monthly inventory of wine, liquor, and overall goods; process information in report.
• Assist with staff payrolls, calculations, and controls.
• Ensure inventory controls are in place and manage including weekly inventory counts with direct reporting to the Director of Finance.
• Reporting: Provide daily and weekly labour costing reports, inventory invariance feedback and recommendations for remediation of identified issues. Provide customer service feedback and resolution of issues identified along with venue maintenance logs and requirements.

Education and Skill Requirements Include:

• Must have Accounting, QuickBooks, Oracle Micros / POS and Microsoft Office Applications knowledge and experience, and familiar with Payroll Software
• Must be able to work weekends, late nights, and all events
• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related

Schedule:

• Every Weekend
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
