Create and update business continuity plans. Specialize in crisis management, including crisis management plan creation, updates, and tabletop exercises, with a strong understanding of business continuity principles. Conduct impact analyses, including disaster recovery planning, tabletop exercises, and risk assessments. Certifications such as CBCI, CBCP, and CBCA are preferred. Experience in retail is a plus.
