Call Center Agent – Twinsburg, Ohio Patio Enclosures by Great Day Improvements is hiring Call Center Agents for its Twinsburg location. We offer paid training, a base rate of $16.00/hr, up to $16/hour with bonuses, PTO, benefits, and full‑time evening & weekend positions. Overview: As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be the first point of contact with customers, assisting new customers in scheduling a free design consultation with one of our Design Consultants. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls from customers, uncover their needs and schedule a design consultation with a product expert or direct them to the appropriate department. Provide an exceptional customer experience with each call. Accurately enter customer information into our database to set each appointment. Make outbound calls to potential customers as necessary for various follow‑up initiatives. Perform additional administrative duties as required. Qualifications Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Excellent listening and problem‑solving skills. Highly organized and able to multi‑task (talk and type simultaneously). Professional, upbeat, positive attitude and a team player. Enjoys helping customers. Proficiency with computers and ability to learn our phone and database systems. Accuracy and attention to detail. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Training & Benefits Paid training with equipment supplied. Full‑time evening & weekend positions up to $16 hourly + bonuses + benefits + PTO.
