Call Center Agents at Patio Enclosures by Great Day Improvements Location: Twinsburg, OH We are seeking friendly, upbeat people to join our Customer Care Team. The customer care specialists are the first point of contact with customers and are responsible for making the best first impression. They schedule free design consultations with our design consultants. Pay and Benefits Base pay: $16.00/hr. Paid training with up to $16.00/hr, full‑time positions available. Evening and weekend positions. Hybrid schedule after training. Benefits include PTO, bonuses, and equipment supplied. Must work at our Twinsburg corporate office. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls, uncover needs, and schedule a design consultation. Provide an exceptional customer experience on every call. Accurately enter customer information into the database. Make outbound calls as needed for follow‑up initiatives. Perform additional administrative duties as required. Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong listening and problem‑solving skills. Highly organized and detail‑oriented. Clear and concise telephone communication. Multi‑task (talk and type simultaneously) and can overcome objections. Positive, upbeat, professional, team player who genuinely enjoys helping customers. Proficiency with computers; aptitude to learn phone and database systems. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Requirements for Remote Setup High‑speed internet connection. Self‑disciplined to stay on task. Quiet background during calls. Willing and able to train and work at our Twinsburg office.
