We are currently seeking a CANDIDATE SEARCH CONSULTANT (Accounting/Finance) for our DALLAS direct hire team. In this role you will help our clients fill their accounting/finance needs, so your background in accounting/finance is invaluable!

Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and interviewing new candidates.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with candidates, keeping up with their job search status, and providing networking resources
  • Ensuring a high level of customer service
  • Completing thorough reference checks and initiating the background check and any other screening criteria as required by clients
  • Developing relationships/networks in the business community to obtain referrals of candidates and job orders
  • Writing up candidate summaries and presenting them to colleagues for client consideration
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree REQUIRED; Business degree strongly preferred.
  • At least 2 years of recruiting experience for accounting/finance (corporate or agency) OR accounting/finance experience in a corporate setting or a public accounting firm
  • Strong preference for candidates with experience in professional services recruiting, Big 4, other public accounting firms, and/or consulting firms (Bain, Embark, Alvarez & Marcal, Riveron, etc.)
  • Experience in professional services and/or client facing roles a huge plus.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of accounting and finance candidates including CFO and VP
  • Strong track record of success (progression, promotion)
  • Good technical skills (including experience with Microsoft software – Word/Outlook), and ability to quickly learn and utilize CRM system.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Committed work ethic, positive customer-focused attitude, strong character, ability to put the team ahead of themselves, persistence, resiliency, and the ability to be coached in a collaborative environment.
