Job Summary: The Car Service Driver is responsible for transporting clients to and from various locations local to the Sunapee, NH region and surrounding states, when necessary. The Car Service Driver is an extension of the concierge service offered by Relax & Company and as such expected to maintain a high level of customer service and confidentiality to deliver on the best customer experience. This position is ideal for a candidate who has superior client relationship skills. This position reports to the Livery Manager.

Primary Duties:

  • Provide the highest level of concierge service to all clients through a customer-first approach.

  • Safely operate company vehicles, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations, while ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers throughout the journey.

  • Provide a high level of professional and courteous customer service, assisting passengers with luggage, and addressing any special requests or accommodations from the passengers.

  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the vehicle at all times, ensuring it’s always clean and presentable for passengers.

  • Arrive at pick-up locations on time and maintain a punctual schedule throughout the day to ensure passengers reach their destination at the correct time.

  • Keep open lines of communication with management providing real time updates on passenger status and any unforeseen issues with the itinerary that may come up throughout the ride.

  • Ensure that all passengers keep their seatbelts fastened at all times, make appropriate action in the event of an incident or emergency.

  • Strong time management skills to adhere to schedules and stay on time.

  • Must be able to multitask, prioritize, and manage effectively.

  • Must be able to uphold the highest level of confidentiality with client relationships.

  • Knowledge of or willingness to learn company software including Slack and Google Calendars/Docs/Sheets.

  • Extenstive knowledge of state traffic laws to include local bordering states to NH.

  • Must be comfortable driving in all weather conditions.

  • Excellent communication and listening skills are necessary.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Previous experience in a similar driving role preferred.

  • Hospitality experience with a focus on customer service preferred.

  • Previous sales experience preferred.

Licenses:

  • Valid drivers license free of traffic violations and citations.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be physically able to drive from within the service area of Sunapee, NH to Boston, MA and other local states, when necssary.

  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds at a time.
