Overview

Carrier Team Associate plays a vital role in supporting our accounting team by working directly with Insurance Carriers and Broker Partners to obtain accurate and timely documentation. This role helps facilitate correct commission payment processing while also contributing to the strength and longevity of our carrier relationships. The ideal candidate brings strong research and analytical skills, a passion for service, a desire to learn and digest information, and a proactive approach to optimizing processes for future success.

Carrier Team Associate Responsibilities

• Request, track, and validate carrier documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy for commission processing.
• Maintain strong relationships with carrier and broker partners, acting as a reliable point of contact for documentation and workflow-related needs.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify missing data, clarify inconsistencies, and support process improvements.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce delays, and improve documentation accuracy across carriers.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders to support operational efficiency.

Carrier Team Associate Requirements/Preferences

• Minimum 1 year of experience in banking, servicing, collections, billing, or related environments
• Bachelors degree or professional certificate in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven ability to gather, verify, and organize information from multiple sources
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data handling
• Strong professionalism and customer service skills, with a focus on relationship-building
• Comfortably working collaboratively in a team environment and contributing to the group
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams
• Confident in sending clear, professional communications via email, Teams, and phone
