Position: CDL A Team Truck Driver – Smithfield Regional Account
Location: Must live within 200 miles of Salt Lake City, UT (84118)
Hiring States: CA, CO, ID, NV, SD, UT, WY
Route: Sioux Falls, SD to Salt Lake City, UT (primary head haul)
Freight: Consistent customer loads | Point A to B | Preloaded trailers with live unloads
Home Time: Once per week (may vary based on domicile)
Schedule: Day and night shifts available | Weekend work required | Must be available for Thanksgiving OR Christmas
Weather Note: Must be able to safely operate in winter conditions, including I-80 closures
Average Weekly Pay: $1,200
Mileage Pay:
Mentors: $0.51 – $0.62 CPM + bonus
Teams: $0.65 – $0.72 CPM + bonus
Weekly Miles: 2,800 – 3,800
Stop Pay: $25 per stop
Performance Bonus: Eligible for Swift Driver Performance Bonus
Transition Bonus: None
Valid CDL Class A License
Minimum 1 year of CDL A experience required
Must live within 200 miles of Salt Lake City, UT (84118)
Teams only (no solo positions open)
No Owner Operators or trainees accepted
Weekly Home Time (varies by domicile)
