Moore Family Law Group is seeking skilled, relentless advocates who genuinely care about their clients.

We are looking for Certified Family Law Specialists (CFLS) or family law attorneys with 5+ years of experience who are ready to GROW WITH US, not just work for us.

Compensation:

$175,000 - $275,000

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Direct client communication: Advise, guide, and advocate for clients at every step. If you dislike frequent client interaction, calls, or emails, this is not the firm for you. Responsiveness sets us apart.
  • Litigation & negotiation: Handle all phases of family law cases, including pleadings, discovery, settlement conferences, motions/RFOs, and trials.
  • Client preparation: Ensure clients are fully prepared and confident for hearings and Child Custody Recommending Counseling (CCRC).
  • Skilled drafting: Prepare and review persuasive legal documents, including motions, points & authorities, RFOs, DVROs, marital settlement agreements, judgments, and orders.
  • Complex case management: Navigate challenging issues such as property division (real estate and businesses), custody evaluations, and move-away cases.
  • Trial-ready experience: Courtroom and trial work are essential—the more you’ve handled, the stronger your fit.
Qualifications:

WHAT YOU BRING/NEED

  • 5+ years of solid family law experience (CFLS preferred) .
  • Compensation depends on experience.
  • Strong research, writing, negotiation, and courtroom skills. Comprehensive research tools are available.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload without sacrificing quality or missing deadlines.
  • Delegation skills: You will have all the legal and admin support you need.
  • Licensed to practice law in California.
  • Familiarity with Clio and Mac systems is a plus.
  • We are a professional service and expect you to capture your time.
