The Role:

As our In-House Recruiter , you will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for clinical and administrative positions. You'll be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process and ensuring we attract top talent to meet growing patient needs.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles including Registered Nurses (RNs), LPNs, therapists, and administrative staff Home Health Aides (HHAs),
• Partner with department managers to understand staffing needs and prioritize hiring goals.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates (online sourcing, job boards, social media, community outreach, etc.).
• Conduct interviews, coordinate candidate screenings, and manage job offers.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline to support ongoing hiring needs.
• Ensure compliance with DOH, CMS, and CHHA regulations throughout the hiring process.
• Track and report recruitment metrics, turnover trends, and hiring timelines.
• Represent the agency at job fairs, community events, and hiring events.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare or homecare settings.
• Knowledge of CHHA regulatory requirements and hiring standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open roles and meet hiring deadlines.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish or other) a plus.
