Job detailsTeach the subject of chemistry and biology to high school students and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experiencePreparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report commentsCollaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculumAssess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improveProvide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregiversDevelop supportive and safe learning environmentsWorking time is from 8am to 5pm from Monday to Friday with class size of 15-25 students per class RequirementsBachelor Degree or aboveMinimum 2 years’ experience in teachingHold a teaching certificatePassionate and Energetic in teachingExcellent English communication skills Salary and benefitsMonthly salary of up to 29900 RMB after tax commensurate with experience and qualificationsBenefits include a 60-minute lunch break, free lunch provided on campus, monthly breakfast allowance, and gifts from the schoolFull-time employment on a one-year contract (renewable)Paid winter and summer holidayPublic HolidaysResidence permit for work visas sponsoredRemuneration will be given for obtaining a PGCE/SACE/QTS/US teaching license, or for obtaining a master's/doctoral degree, or for good monthly attendanceSick leave benefit program progressive by length of service and medical insurance at domestic and foreign hospitalsAirfare reimbursement of up to 6,000 RMB per year
