About the Role

The Company is seeking a President and Chief Executive Officer to lead its community-based not-for-profit healthcare organization. The successful candidate will be a seasoned executive with a minimum of 15 years' progressive leadership experience in the healthcare sector, particularly within the serious illness, end-of-life, and bereavement industry. This role requires a strategic visionary and influential leader with a proven track record in operational and fiscal effectiveness, as well as a strong commitment to the mission and values of the organization. The CEO will be responsible for the overall performance, quality, safety, and care delivery, and must be adept at fostering a culture of engagement, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities for the President and CEO include providing strategic vision and leadership, strengthening infrastructure and operations, and driving organizational development and program delivery. The ideal candidate will have a Master's level education or higher and be a well-balanced executive with a focus on community, cultural, and diversity sensitivity. They should be comfortable at all levels within the organization, including serving as the main spokesperson and developing relationships with key stakeholders.
