About the Role
The Company is seeking a President and Chief Executive Officer to lead its community-based not-for-profit healthcare organization. The CEO will be responsible for the overall performance, quality, safety, and care delivery, and must be adept at fostering a culture of engagement, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities for the President and CEO include providing strategic vision and leadership, strengthening infrastructure and operations, and driving organizational development and program delivery. The ideal candidate will have a Master's level education or higher and be a well-balanced executive with a focus on community, cultural, and diversity sensitivity.
