About the Role

The Company is seeking a President and CEO to lead its philanthropic efforts with a focus on community impact. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the growth of the organization, particularly in the areas of community care, empowerment, and belonging. This role requires a dynamic, visionary leader with a proven track record in general management, including profit and loss responsibility. While experience in foundation management is preferred, it is not mandatory. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree (with advanced degrees in business or organizational management desired), and a strong background in strategic planning, relationship building, and leadership. Key responsibilities for the President and CEO include leading the Foundation in its mission to create lasting impact through charitable giving, sustaining and developing relationships with high-net-worth individuals, wealth advisors, and other key partners, and working with the Board to ensure the organization's strategic vision is realized. The role demands a leader who is data-informed, and strategic, and can effectively communicate and engage with diverse stakeholders. The candidate should be adept at managing people and projects, with a strong emphasis on financial sustainability and operational excellence. An inclusive leadership style that fosters a team environment and encourages innovation is essential. Proficiency in technology, including social media, and experience with customer relationship management databases, is also beneficial.
