About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its dynamic and well-loved organization. This role involves working with a strong community Board and committed donors to outline a vision that is in line with the museum's past and future needs. The ideal CEO for the company will be a visionary leader with a deep understanding of the trends and needs of children and students. They will be tasked with seeking out new resources, creating partnerships, and developing the core staff leadership to achieve ambitious goals. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in nonprofit management, strong financial acumen, and the ability to foster relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. The CEO will work closely with the Board of Directors and the community to ensure the museum continues to be a valuable educational and cultural resource for the region.
