About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Finance and Operations Officer (CFOO) to join their team. The CFOO will be a key strategic partner, providing financial and operational leadership in line with the organization's mission and values. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in finance and operations, particularly within a complex, national, non-profit setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full range of financial and accounting functions, ensuring the integrity of financial information, and leading the organization in financial planning and analysis. Additionally, the CFOO will be involved in change management, organizational development, and will play a critical role in the ongoing implementation of a technology roadmap. Candidates for the CFOO position at the company should have a passion for the mission and an equity mindset. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in financial strategy, and analysis, and a deep understanding of GAAP for non-profits. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and forward-thinking leader, capable of managing a diverse set of responsibilities and leading a team to excellence. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and collaboration skills are essential, as the CFOO will be expected to work closely with the Executive Team, staff, Board, and external partners. A bachelor's degree is required, with an MBA/CPA highly preferable, and experience with NetSuite and Salesforce is desirable.
