About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Manager and Chief Financial Officer for Tapestry. The successful candidate will be a transformational change leader and a disruptive thinker, with a strong background in financial management and functional leadership. This role is pivotal in managing the overall performance of the business, including financial planning, analysis, and end-to-end accounting. The CFO will be responsible for leading a team of managers and a subject matter expert, providing strategic and thought leadership, and driving the entity's level strategy in business development, product investment, and people development. The position also involves overseeing financial policies and procedures, acting as a systems owner for finance and accounting-related systems, and leading relationships with internal and external auditors and government regulatory agencies.
Applicants for the Senior Manager and Chief Financial Officer position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a finance-related position, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, and a minimum of 3 years leading financial strategies and processes. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or higher and experience in leading teams with a broad statement of work. Basic qualifications include a strong background in financial analysis, and experience in leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams. The role requires a candidate who is adept at managing program performance, and who can actively contribute to the development and execution of multidisciplinary business processes. The CFO will also be expected to lead special studies and projects to optimize business processes and ensure the entity's financial health and compliance.
