As the Chief Information Officer (CIO), you'll blend executive leadership with hands-on technical expertise to drive innovation in healthcare technology. This role isn't about overseeing from a distance-it's about leading, architecting, troubleshooting, and optimizing the organization's IT systems while ensuring compliance and strategic growth.

As the largest and most progressive full-service diagnostic and interventional group in their specialty, in northeast Indiana, we leverage cutting-edge technology to enhance operations and improve patient outcomes.
Develop and execute IT strategies that align with business objectives.
Actively engage with systems, teams, and vendors -not just oversee from a distance.
Provide strategic guidance to executive leadership and the Board of Directors.
Design, build, and refine workflows across key healthcare technology platforms.
Mentor and develop IT professionals while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Own IT infrastructure performance-ensuring reliability, security, and scalability.
Troubleshoot, analyze, and optimize systems to meet SLA, MTTD, and MTTR benchmarks.
Lead digital transformation projects with external integration partners.
Research, implement, and refine security measures to protect patient and enterprise data.
Evaluate vendors and provide technical insights that influence contract decisions.
Establish IT policies and actively enforce security protocols in alignment with industry regulations.
Manage IT budgets with a balance of cost-efficiency and technical excellence.
Implement disaster recovery and data confidentiality safeguards to protect critical systems.
Present IT strategies and project updates to the CEO and Board of Directors.
Build strong relationships with technical teams, executives, and external partners.
Stay ahead of emerging tech trends and ensure continuous innovation in IT practices.
Leadership experience in healthcare IT with direct technical involvement.
High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and ethical standards.
Advanced expertise in network administration, troubleshooting, IT operations, and system optimization.
Budget management skills with financial acumen.
Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate tech strategies to executives.
Vendor management and Cisco technologies expertise.
Knowledge in Active Directory, Microsoft SQL Server, cloud computing platforms (e.g., Azure), wireless networking, Windows Server, and Linux.
Experience with disaster recovery planning, storage area networks (SAN), and healthcare data integration standards (HL7, PACS, DICOM).
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; equivalent experience considered.
Professional certifications encouraged.
