Governance & Compliance:

  • Establish IT policies and actively enforce security protocols in alignment with industry regulations.

  • Manage IT budgets with a balance of cost-efficiency and technical excellence.

  • Implement disaster recovery and data confidentiality safeguards to protect critical systems.

Communication & Collaboration:

  • Present IT strategies and project updates to the CEO and Board of Directors.

  • Build strong relationships with technical teams, executives, and external partners.

  • Stay ahead of emerging tech trends and ensure continuous innovation in IT practices.

What You Need to Succeed as CIO

  • Experience with disaster recovery planning, storage area networks (SAN), and healthcare data integration standards (HL7, PACS, DICOM).

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; equivalent experience considered.

  • Professional certifications encouraged.

Benefits:

  • Health Insurance, including HSA with company contribution.

  • Dental/Vision/Life Insurance.

  • PTO & Paid Holidays.

  • 401K/Roth (company match & profit-sharing).

  • Hybrid work environment.
