About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to take the reins of the annual marketing plan, strategy, and team, with a primary focus on driving profitable growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing a multi-channel content and sales strategy to enhance the customer experience and increase sales and profits. This role involves developing and executing marketing plans that support customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty, as well as driving all new business development. The CMO will work closely with sales and e-commerce departments to ensure alignment of strategies, oversee the day-to-day marketing activities, and manage a high-performing team of marketing professionals. Additionally, the CMO will be expected to manage the marketing budget, conduct market research, and optimize marketing processes for efficiency. Applicants for the CMO position at the company should be senior marketing executives with a minimum of 10 years' of hands-on direct marketing experience and a proven track record in B2C and B2B markets. A strong background in merchandising and experience in multi-catalog title creation and management is essential. The ideal candidate will have a background in selling promotional products and demonstrate the ability to develop efficient marketing strategies across digital and non-digital channels. Leadership skills, a passion for customer advocacy, and a blend of creative and analytical capabilities are also key requirements.
