The Company is in search of a Chief Risk Officer and Associate Vice President to lead its Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) department. The successful candidate will be a dynamic, collaborative, and visionary industry leader with the ability to work seamlessly across the institution. Key responsibilities for this role include maintaining organizational processes, updating business continuity plans, and engaging the leadership team in addressing risks to the university and its global community. The role also involves direct oversight of several departments, including content, disaster recovery, environmental health and safety, and risk operations. The CRO will be expected to serve as an objective and unbiased advisor, support strategic objectives through organizational resiliency practices, and provide risk intelligence to inform decision-making. Applicants for the Chief Risk Officer and Associate Vice President position at the company should have a bachelor's degree, with a master's degree preferred, and significant experience in risk management. The role requires the ability to lead through influence, expertise, and consensus-building, as well as the capacity to encourage others to think differently and build trust.
