About the Role

The Company is in need of a Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) to take on a pivotal role in leading the strategic functions of the organization. The CSO will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for communicating and promoting strategic priorities within the charity. This role involves overseeing the Strategy, Communications, Fundraising, and HR groups, and supporting the CEO in the strategic planning and execution of the organization's mission. The successful candidate will be expected to supervise and support a range of operational objectives and activities, including the shaping of the company's strategic direction and its relationships with governmental and external stakeholders. Applicants for the CSO position at the company should have a significant background in senior management, with experience in business, the armed forces, public service, or the international development and humanitarian sectors.
