Real Estate Development and Property Management Company is seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. As a cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment for our community. You will perform a variety of cleaning tasks to keep our offices and facilities in top condition.
Requirements:
- Walk and inspect community grounds.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and kitchen areas.
- Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
- Empty trash and recycling bins.
- Replenish supplies such as paper towels and toilet paper.
- Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
- Report any maintenance issues or needed repairs.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a cleaner or in a similar role preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures
