This highly visible, hands-on leadership position requires a passionate clinical expert who thrives in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment and is ready to travel up to 70% to accelerate our clinical impact nationwide.

Duties

You will be expected to perform general duties related to Promaxo’s clinical science such as but not limited to:

  • Collaborate with the Chief Commercial Officer in building a robust clinical science program and team.
  • Gather and analyze clinical evidence to support regulatory filings (FDA, CE Mark, etc.).
  • Partner with CCO and Marketing on clinical launch strategy for new products and applications.

Required Qualifications

  • Active clinical licensure/certification (e.g., RN, RT(R)(MR), ARRT, or equivalent).
  • Minimum 7+ years of clinical experience in diagnostic imaging, with at least 3 years specifically in MRI.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a clinical applications, training, or medical device field support role within the medical imaging or robotics industry.
  • Proven track record of building and delivering clinical training programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with urologists, radiologists, and administrative stakeholders.
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically 60–70% (including some weekends as needed).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up/scale-up environment with rapidly evolving priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience supporting robotic-assisted procedures (urology or radiology).
  • Experience with FDA 510(k), PMA, or De Novo submissions and clinical evidence generation.
  • Previous people-management experience (leading clinical application specialists or similar teams).
  • Published research or presentations at major urology/radiology conferences (AUA, RSNA, SIU, etc.).
  • Familiarity with quality systems (ISO 13485, 21 CFR 820) and/or clinical trial management.
  • Existing KOL relationships in urology or radiology.
