Your Role

As a Clinical Nurse Educator, you will:

• Provide clinical expertise and leadership in nursing education.
• Develop and implement educational programs to enhance patient care.
• Assess the quality of care and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to improve clinical outcomes and promote professional development.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• A BSN from an accredited university (Master’s preferred).
• A current Registered Nurse license in the State of Connecticut.
• At least five years of progressive experience in clinical practice, nursing education, or nursing management in an acute care setting.
• Strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Working Conditions

In this role, you will:

• Enhance specialized patient care within Intensive Care Units and Step Down Units.
• Coordinate and implement nursing staff orientation and competency programs.
• Collaborate with medical providers and unit management to deliver effective educational curricula.
• Act as a resource for clinical practice interventions that improve outcomes and patient satisfaction.
