Your Role

As a Clinical Nurse Educator, you will provide clinical expertise and leadership to enhance patient care and staff education. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing innovative educational programs.
• Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Promoting high-quality nursing practices.
• Collaborating with healthcare teams to improve clinical outcomes.
• Facilitating project teams to enhance systems and processes.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• A minimum of five years of progressive experience in clinical practice, nursing education, or nursing management in an acute care setting.
• A BSN from an accredited university; a Master’s degree in Nursing is preferred.
• A current Registered Nurse license in the State of Connecticut.
• Basic certification in your area of specialty (Education/Critical Care Nursing preferred).
• Strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
