Key Responsibilities:Manage and troubleshoot cloud platforms (e.g., Billiyo, ADP, Pavillio), including user access, data entry, document uploads, and basic system maintenance.Enter and update staff schedules across platforms.Provide Tier 1 help desk supportresolving login, network, device, and software issues.Create, format, and organize digital templates, forms, and procedural documents.Maintain inventory of IT devices, licenses, and credentials.Support internal tech rollouts or platform transitions in collaboration with leadership.Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and staff communication related to IT tools.Qualifications:Experience with cloud-based platforms and basic IT troubleshooting required.Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.Ability to explain technical tasks to non-technical users with clarity.Familiarity with HIPAA compliance, data privacy, and secure digital documentation is a plus.Flexibility and initiative in a collaborative, support-oriented work culture.There is a remote position with a heavy focus on performance. This position is 25-30 hours per week.
