Job Summary: Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is seeking compassionate and dedicated CNAs (Certified Nursing Assistants) and NAs (Nursing Assistants) to join our team. The job is located in Honolulu, Hawaii and is an individual contributor role. Compensation & Benefits: Successful candidates will receive a competitive hourly salary of $18 to $25 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Weekly pay and flexible hours allow for work-life balance and the potential for overtime pay. Scheduling Options : Flexible scheduling Choose your own shifts Recurring shifts, Part-time, Full-time and On-call positions Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance to senior clients in their homes or assisted living facilities, following the care plan developed by our Registered Nurse
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
• Accompany and assist clients with appointments and errands
• Monitor and report changes in clients' physical or mental condition to the Registered Nurse
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients, following infection control procedures
• Comply with all state and federal regulations, as well as Always Best Care policies and procedures
• Foster a positive and supportive relationship with clients and their families

Requirements:

• Valid CNA or NA certification in the state of Hawaii
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a healthcare or caregiving setting
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient personality
• Ability to work independently and follow guidelines
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
