Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Community Engagement Lead to join our team. This role is essential for driving brand visibility and community engagement, and it offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by promoting Chick-fil-A’s values within the local community. As the Community Engagement Lead, you will create and execute marketing campaigns, manage local community outreach initiatives, and build lasting relationships with customers and local organizations under the guidance of the Owner/Operator and Restaurant Marketing Director. This is a hybrid role at this time, with expectation of the lead being in restaurant operations through peak hours. At time of hire, Community Engagement Lead will undergo basic training to become proficient in restaurant operations.

This is a part-time, entry-level position with the potential for full-time employment based on job performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and growth
• Maintain relationships with local schools and businesses to foster strong community ties
• Organize and execute events to engage with customers and promote our brand
• Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies
• Be in restaurant to improve guest experience
• Communicate with Operations Director needs for community involvement (time not in restaurant, food needs, people needs, etc.)
