The role is based in Atlanta, Georgia, and candidates will collaborate with the Conflicts Team to uphold high standards.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough conflicts checks to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with legal standards.
• Analyze and interpret legal documents and terminology to support conflict resolution.
• Collaborate with the Conflicts Team and Partners to address and resolve conflicts in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of conflicts checks and related documentation.
• Utilize legal writing skills to draft reports and summaries related to conflicts findings.
• Provide recommendations based on conflicts analysis to ensure adherence to regulatory and ethical guidelines.
• Manage confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
• Assist in implementing procedures to enhance the efficiency of conflicts checks.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure clarity in conflicts-related matters.
• Stay updated on industry standards and legal compliance requirements relevant to the role.

• Juris Doctorate degree is required.

• Demonstrated experience in conducting conflicts checks within a legal or compliance setting.

• Strong understanding of legal terminology and concepts.

• Proficiency in legal writing and documentation.

• Ability to analyze complex information and provide actionable insights.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when needed.
