Superintendents required for an Affordable housing project in Brooklyn

Seeking a motivated Project Superintendent to oversee the successful delivery of residential construction projects. This role involves managing schedules, subcontractors, inspections, and quality control to ensure projects meet design, safety, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate subcontractors and vendors to meet project timelines.
• Enforce site safety and quality standards.
• Conduct daily site walks and maintain project logs.
• Lead subcontractor meetings and resolve construction conflicts.
• Oversee inspections and ensure compliance with local codes.
• Manage site labor, tools, and equipment.
• Review drawings and suggest improvements.
• Support project close-out and post-occupancy tasks.

What you'll need to succeed

• Licensed NYC Superintendent (DOB).
• 6–10 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction trades and regulations.
• Ability to navigate active construction sites.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with NYC high-rise, affordable housing, and gut renovations preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field is a plus.
