As a Marketing Delivery Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in supporting Chase Card Marketing by analyzing credit card marketing content across print and digital channels. You'll ensure accurate inclusion of footnotes, legal disclosures, and key terms—such as offers, premiums, and program conditions—in ads, emails, microsites, and more. This position is part of Card Services, a vital area within Chase’s Consumer & Community Banking group. Responsibilities:This is an analyst role and will be focused responsible for partnering with Card Marketing, Marketing Channel Execution, and Card Legal teams to ensure Chase Card Marketing's collateral (e.g. ads, emails, microsites) has the appropriate legal footnotes / disclosures, keeping our firm compliant with regulation and providing a good customer experience. Content indication is an important component of campaign lifecycle and this person will ensure highest standards of quality & efficiency in order to deliver best in class experiences for our customers and prospects.
