Job Description

We are currently partnered with a Public Bitcoin Mining / Digital Infrastructure company looking to hire a midlevel Commercial & Corporate focused Counsel. Reporting into the Associate General Counsel, you will work closely their legal and leadership teams supporting commercial contracts and general corporate matters (including M&A and corporate financing).

This is a hybrid (3 days a week role) in the Denver, Colorado area. This role also open to candidates to work on a hybrid basis out of an Irvine, California satellite office.

Responsibilities for the Commercial & Corporate Counsel:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, such as vendor/supplier agreements, as well as construction, architectural, or engineering agreements.
• Support corporate development team as it relates to M&A and corporate financing transactions
• Support legal department on day-to-day general corporate matters

Qualifications:

• JD from top law school
• Open to candidates coming directly from a law firm and/or in house in a related industry
• Ideal candidate has 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Data Center experience is a major plus
• Genuine interest in bitcoin/crypto industry a major plus
