Job Summary and Qualifications

As a CT Technologist, you play a vital role in caring for some of our most vulnerable patients. A CT Tech is part of a dynamic clinical team and enjoys fast-paced work treating diverse cases. Our CT Techs can expect to care for adult patients, including older adults through geriatric and pediatric patients from newborn through adolescence. We are passionate about setting the standard for patient-centered healthcare. 

What you will do in this role:

  • Performs superior/quality CT/Radiology procedures under the guidance of a Radiologist to patients of all ages 
  • Maintains a safe and therapeutic diagnostic radiological environment based on practice standards, radiation safety guidelines that include monitoring. 
  • Participates in departmental Performance Improvement activities 
  • Responsible for accurate and timely completion of CT/Radiology procedures.( OP, Inpatient, OR, ED)
  • Ensures patients and family are properly informed of the procedures and patient comfort is maximized.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Lead Technologist, Supervisor, Manager or Director of Imaging. 

What qualifications you will need:
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
  • Registered Radiographer (ARRT)
  • Certified Medical Radiologic Technologist
  • Registered Computed Tomography Technologist, or Computerized Tomography (CT)

  • License/Certification: Registered in Radiology and CT with American Registry of Radiologic Technologist - ARRT (R)(CT)
