Where you'll work: - This is an onsite position. Our corporate office is located 7440 S. Hwy 121 McKinney, TX 75070
What you'll do: - Meeting with clients to discuss their data interchange needs
- Analyzing business systems, networking configurations, and data storage facilities
- Building customized data interchange systems for cross-company or department needs
- Testing and debugging the system for various EDI forms (i.e. 810, 850, etc.)
- Gathering user feedback on the accuracy, efficiency, and functionality of the system
- Adjusting and customizing the system based on user feedback
- Deploying completed systems and providing maintenance support
- Training end-users on the proper use of the system
- Provides advice and education to clients concerning EDI guidelines and capabilities
- Periodically reviews system to ensure needs are met; identifies possible modifications as required
- Remains current regarding EDI and internet field technological developments
- Perform other related duties as assigned
What we look for: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar field.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as an EDI analyst
- Analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to project manage and work with large teams
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with end-user training
- High level of integrity and intellectual curiosity.
- Self-starter and attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
- Excellent time management, project management, and organizational skills.
- Strategic and analytical thinker with strong problem solving and decision making skills.
- Team player who can build relationships across the organization.
- Must thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Applicant must be able to pass a background check and drug screening before being hired.
