Customer Service Agent
The Customer Service Agent is responsible for providing exceptional service to passengers by efficiently handling passenger bookings, the check-in process, baggage and freight processing and meeting customer needs. This role also requires attention to detail to accurately complete and close out all necessary flight and operational paperwork.Key Responsibilities
Ticket Counter Passenger Check In: Greet passengers warmly, verify travel documents (tickets, ID), check in baggage, and close out flight paperwork in adherence to deadlines. Boarding Procedure: Assist pilots in the boarding process. Make clear and informative public address announcements, verify passenger counts, and help ensure the timely departure of flights. Problem Solving: Handle common passenger inquiries, resolve minor issues (delayed baggage, missed connections, rescheduling), and escalate complex problems to a supervisor. Documentation: Complete, verify, and close out all flight-related documentation, including manifests and other operational forms, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company and regulatory standards. Communication: Coordinate effectively with ground operations, pilots, and other personnel to ensure seamless operations. Safety and Security: Adhere to all safety, security, and compliance procedures. Phone Operation Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, acting as the primary phone contact for the company. Address and resolve customer inquiries regarding flight status, ticketing, baggage policies, fares, and general travel information. Assist customers with reservations, modifications, cancellations, and special service requests over the phone. Utilize the company's computer system to accurately log call details, customer interactions, and resolutions. Coordinate effectively with dispatch, CSAs and other personnel to ensure seamless operations and consistent delivery of information across all channels. Other duties as assigned.Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer proficiency. Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Ability to lift 50lbs.Benefits
