We are looking for a confident and people-driven individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate. This role is central to building strong customer relationships, introducing new offerings, and supporting clients through the buying process. From first impressions to long-term retention, you'll serve as a trusted point of contact and guide for new and existing customers.

As a Customer Service Associate, your primary focus will be engaging with potential customers face-to-face, presenting tailored solutions, and helping them find the right services to meet their needs. This Customer Service Associate role combines elements of customer service, sales, and relationship management—and is perfect for individuals who enjoy dynamic, people-facing environments and want to grow their business acumen.

Customer Service Associate Responsibilities:

  • Interact directly with customers to introduce and promote service options in a clear, friendly, and informative way
  • Build relationships that foster customer trust and long-term satisfaction
  • Strategize and execute outreach efforts to identify and convert new prospects
  • Maintain a working knowledge of service updates and promotional offers
  • Collaborate with fellow Customer Service Associates and leadership to develop custom recommendations for each customer
  • Conduct in-person presentations to explain the benefits and features of available services
  • Input customer information accurately and maintain data confidentiality at all times
