Position Description - Customer Service Representative (Hybrid)

This is a customer service position requiring candidates to work both in-office and from home .

Key Responsibilities

• Provide face-to-face customer service , offering assistance, guidance, and instruction on completing forms
• Manage a team inbox , responding to inquiries from internal and external customers
• Exercise discretion when interpreting and applying customer service procedures
• Handle in-person and virtual appointments scheduled through a shared team inbox
• Assist with managing and maintaining a shared team calendar

Work Schedule

Hybrid Role:

• 3 days in office
• 2 days remote

Required Skills

• Strong customer service abilities
• Tax law-related knowledge

Preferred Skills

• Bilingual
• Ability to adapt to various business software
• Experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Office
