Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our clients, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to handle various customer service tasks effectively. The candidate must be based in California ONLY and Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities
• Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat.


• Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution.

• Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain customer records.

• Engage in outbound calling to follow up with customers and promote services.

• Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall customer satisfaction.

• Utilize multilingual skills, including Spanish or other languages, to assist a diverse clientele.

• Maintain a professional demeanor while communicating with clients and addressing their needs.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles is preferred.

• English & Spanish fluent

• Familiar with using Customer service software like a CRM application

• Familiar using head set for IP phone

• Must have quite working area. No background noise. Working from home

• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.

• Sales experience is a plus, with the ability to promote products effectively.

• Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable (Spanish or other languages).

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in using customer service software

• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company

Qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED
  • Previous experience as a Call Center Representative or in a similar role is preferred 
  • Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of active listening techniques
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programs
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
