We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The primary responsibility will be processing incoming returned mail, which includes:

• Sorting, opening, and reviewing documents and customer information in the Jack Henry Xperience system.
• Determining whether to flag accounts for bad addresses.
• Sending customer template letters and Change of Address (COA) forms when USPS provides updated information.
• Remailing documents if the address has been updated since the original mailing.
• Documenting customer numbers and dates, then scanning for archival in the department drive.

• Handle 50–150 pieces of mail daily.
• Update addresses in the system accurately.
• Utilize Word , Excel , and Jack Henry Xperience .
• Operate Konica MFD for scanning and archiving.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience with Jack Henry Xperience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Fully onsite, 5 days a week.
• Potential for extension based on workload.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Aurora, IL.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
