Work with various stakeholders to understand data needs
Develop data models to support business requirements and analytics
Ensure data consistency and accuracy through validation and cleansing techniques
Create and maintain data ingestion pipelines
Manage and optimize data workflows
Implement ETL processes to transform raw data into usable formats
Integrate front-end applications with back-end data services

Required Skills:

Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent work experience
5+ years of experience with NodeJS and JavaScript
3+ years of experience with ReactJS
5+ years of experience with RDBMS and Snowflake
Experience with asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture
Experience with designing and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices
Experience in parsing and manipulating JSON data in various programming languages
Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries for data manipulation and analysis.
Proficiency in Scripting (Batch/Shell/Java Script).
Competent to work on complex projects independently
Ability to think strategically (outside-the-box) and provide creative solutions
Ability to frame problems and opportunities to present solutions.

Desired Skills:

Experience with or understanding of HEDIS Star measures
Experience with or understanding of the Medicare and Retirement and/or Community and State lines of business
Working knowledge in UNIX, Linux
Working knowledge in CD/CI and Github
Working knowledge in Kafka and Python
